- Personal details (including Social Insurance Number, mother’s maiden name and your birth date)
- Banking details (including your branch number, bank number and chequing account number)

You will also need to ensure your Ship To address is the same as your Bill To address, and this should match with what is on file with your local credit bureau.
Once you are approved for credit, you will need to choose a 6-9 digit alpha-numeric personal code to indicate your acceptance to the financing terms and conditions.
For Quebec residents, please follow these steps:
1. At Payment Options page, select ‘Monthly Payment Plan’ and complete the online application
2. Receive a quick credit decision in real-time
3. Click "Continue", review your "Order Confirmation" and scroll down to click "Submit Order"
4. Dell Financial Services to email or fax our document to you
5. Return your signed document and a VOID cheque to Dell Financial Services within 1-2 days
6. Dell Financial Services to mail document back to you
