How do I set up the installation service appointment?
After the projector ships, an installation provider will contact you with instructions and information to schedule your installation. Generally this occurs within a couple of days after the projector ships. What to expect:
At the time of the scheduling, an installation provider will review the installation activities to be performed and evaluate the suitability of the environment where the projector will be installed. How do I reschedule an installation service appointment?
Should you need to change your appointment, please call the installation provider at 1-800-897-1582. If you miss a scheduled appointment you may be charged a missed appointment fee. What are the hours of operation for installation?
All appointments are scheduled for the technician to arrive within a 2-hour window, Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 8:00pm, customer local time; Saturdays between 8:00am and 6:00pm; customer local time. What if I have questions or concerns about the installation process?
